This program is designed to assist those wishing to gain strong computer hardware and software skills and the Computer Technology Industry Association's certification: A+ Certification. Graduates will have a thorough knowledge of widely used PC and back-office software, hardware support, end-user support and network support. This program will cover a wide variety of topics that will enable the student to accomplish such things as supporting stand-alone and networked PC's in the workplace and obtaining the A+ certification.

In addition, this program includes work readiness activities such as interviewing techniques, resume preparation and personal networking.

Web Site Development with Office Applications (Web Content Creator)
This program focuses on teaching the skills needed to develop web sites and Intranets and to manage their content. In addition to learning to write HTML and to use the most popular HTML generating applications, course participants will also understand the basics of integrating multimedia, page layout, fonts and color to create professional looking web sites. Upon completion of the HTML, FrontPage, PhotoShop, JavaScript and Effective Web Design courses, students will receive a Web Content Creator certificate. Upon successful completion of all requirements of this curriculum, students will receive a program completion certificate in Web Site Development.
