CILC's hands-on, personalized training methods are designed

are incorporated into each course, and classes are usually
limited to 12 students to ensure that each participant

provides a comprehensive, yet easy to understand, manual along
with a practice diskette with each course. The manuals are
written by our Course Development staff and have been highly
recommended by users because they are written in a practical
format, complete with an index.

Unlike
many training facilities, CILC offers client support even after
a course is completed. Clients can call and have a CILC instructor
answer questions related to the software course they have taken.
